Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our EU warehouse.
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–3 business days. EU: 3–5 business days. UK & US: 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping over €50 within NL/BE.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, sealed packs for a full refund (EU consumer right of withdrawal).
- For food safety reasons, opened packs cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the issue is our fault.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
